A qualified sound therapist, Reiki master and registered nurse, I currently offer blissful Yoga Nidra and custom Sound baths (also known as Gongs baths) alongside Reiki healing, Cacao ceremonies and 1-2-1 Sound Therapy sessions and small group immersion days.

An Emergency Department nurse by trade I began my spiritual and holistic journey in 2019 when I was lucky enough to spend time in India immersed in daily yoga, pranayama and Ayurvedic treatments. The daily meditations and movement became a habit I could not shift and lead me down the beautiful path into holistic healing.

My aim is to help people along their own journeys, providing help and guidance specifically tailored to what you need. 

For me, a lifetime of stomach problems, lack of sleep and stress was alleviated once I started my new daily practice of yoga and mediation, it has changed my life. My main focus within the Yogic world is Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

With regards to my group Sound Bath's I vary each session, playing intuitively which makes for a unique experience. My sound toolkit contains shamanic drums, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, rattles, thunder drums, ocean drums and rain sticks. I personally compose my own yoga Nidra scripts, with a heavy focus on nature and the natural world and I then combine my script with specific sound experiences to complement each other providing a fully immersive experience.
